About Us

The Colston Wellness Center which is located on the second floor of the Colston Family Physical Rehabilitation and Wellness Building and made possible by a generous donation from the Colston Family. This gym is like no other gym in the Kingsville Community.  The gym boasts a state-of-the-art Technogym™ SmartKey® system that tracks your milestones and works with you like a virtual trainer!

When you join the gym, an initial fitness assessment is available to you for an additional fee, it measures your height; weight; blood pressure, heart rate, BMI, body fat %, and a cardiovascular test are done in order to build a personal program just for you that you follow throughout your entire workout by plugging the SmartKey® it into all the machines. With the SmartKey®, there isn't a minute wasted guessing at which machine to try next. Professional techs and personal trainers are on staff and will teach you proper lifting techniques.

Along with our treadmills, elliptical machines, bikes, and weight-bearing machines, we also have free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, stability and medicine balls, and our Technogym™ Kinesis wall!

Our group exercise classes are very popular and anyone joining can count on exercise classes being included in your monthly fee. The Colston Wellness Center offers over classes such as, silver sneakers, strength & conditioning, water aerobics, and Zumba*.
